Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your CAMILLA AND MARC pieces; if they are not quite right, you can return your items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
